Positive: The house was fully equipped, almost newly furbished with view of the ocean and sunrise. The trees obstructed a little the full view but they were a needed barrier or screen in the afternoons as the sun is quite penetrating. The kitchen was complete with complimentary coffee, spices, almost everything! Overall, it was a perfect 10, regret we could not stay longer hours or days as we had many outdoor activities during our stay.

Negative: Not much... just maybe the fact we could not see sunset or the southern lights? Both occurrences unrelated to the property but rather to location and timing...

Positive: We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay and could access all the places in & around Hobart & have some time at the nearby beach. Very well presented, well equipped with everything you could need, the room layout worked well for us with master upstairs and two large bedrooms downstairs with their own bathrooms. Very pleased with our property selection.

Negative: It’s hard to find anything other than the rubbish bin in the kitchen could have been bigger and sadly the gorgeous ocean views were a bit limited out of the kitchen by neighboring properties trees blocking a lot of the view. Cost for the time of year was expected as it’s such a sought after area at that time of year.
