Summary: Very well maintained house and yard. Perfect for our visit with six adults in town for a wedding. Conveniently located to everything. You will need a car. House was well equipped with everything we needed to feel like home away from home. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are very comfortable.

Summary: 3 sisters from 3 states, Colorado, South Carolina and Indiana. In Grand Junction for a week for rest, relaxation and fun! Our accommodations were perfect. We loved the BIG COMFY COUCH!! Our host was extremely fast to assist us when we got locked out....dead battery in the lock. Should we ever need to be in Grand Junction again, we will be back to this rental!!
