Summary: The stay at the Utopian property served the purposes of our visit. It was comfortable, well-appointed and we were able to visit and enjoyed preparing meals in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and everyone enjoyed a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, the rainy weather kept us from enjoying the outdoor seating areas and BBQ. Utopian House is centrally located in Ukiah and within walking distance of many restaurants, coffee houses, and bars.

Summary: A little bit smaller than what we originated due to the pictures, Beds very comfortable, Backyard the pictures were nothing like what it looks like, the pictures need to definitely be updated. It is definitely not what it says it is, but the host is very kind and accommodating well stocked.

Summary: Property was great for our family. Good location and easy access to stores and freeway. A little trouble finding WiFi password, but figured it out from customer service. Maybe a good idea to have it posted in the house? We could have used a few extra blankets. All in all - we would definitely rent again. Thank you!

Summary: Hon’s home was a very comfortable retreat for my family and I while we were in town for a wedding. Very comfortable beds, and well appointed kitchen and bathrooms- which even had every spare amenity you could need. My daughter was grateful for the spare toothbrushes and toothpaste as she forgot hers. Great location, close to everything.
