Positive: Beautiful and clean apartment. Stylish and cosy at the same time. A lovely, green view from the balcony. The location is also great, very close to all restaurants, train station and many beaches (Plage de la Gallice is our family favourite). AC worked perfectly. This is lovely place to stay! Very responsive, professional and friendly host!

Positive: I stayed here with my family. I don't know why I have status of traveling alone with this review. This apartment is on the 3rd floor (street level=0) of a building that mostly surrounded by old villas. Combined with the full height windows to the balcony the apartment feels big, and there is a great feeling of being above the surroundings. The photos don't make justice to this, and also looking at the Google maps 3D view doesn't help to see how well it works. The windows open to every direction, and they have shutters, which are electric in all but one small window. Air conditioning units are quite quiet, and if the apartment is kept cool during hot days using the shutters, the air conditioning can be used only to cool the bedrooms before going to sleep. The neighbourhood is relatively quiet. The features above and the overall practicality make this apartment good value for money. There is one toilet by the living room and a bathroom with a toilet seat in each of the three bedrooms. The apartment has been recently renovated and everything there was in perfect condition. The electric features are also easy to find and use, except maybe the gesture switch in the bathroom mirror edge, for secondary light. If having a good beach near, or having a good grocery store, and selection of restaurants, bars, and boulangeries counts, this location is great. With the car it is fine in the sense that the parking is arranged and included in the price. The car is kept in the Palais des Congres garage, which is about 250 meter walk away. Also, the streets around are one-way, and driving to/from Juan les Pins can be slow at rush hour. Comparable urban areas have similar challenges. Free city beach can be found by walking directly to south, through the park. It is just 500 meters away. The sand there is great, and there are also swim guards. The old Antibes is also reachable by foot, about 1.5 km away.

Negative: Although the host provided great detailed instructions for everything, there was one detail that could be better covered. The use of different trash bins could be explained.
