Positive: Lovely location, very friendly welcome, good room with comfortable bed, nice breakfast,

Negative: The Tv signal is not the best. The bathroom was a bit dated, and we found the shower difficult to operate with very stiff control. However, this is reflected in the price, which is very good.

Positive: Good size room, comfortable twin beds, clean and tidy. Lovely breakfast supplied, everything clearly signed by room number in breakfast room. Lovely setting in woodland. I would definitely stay here again

Negative: Quite a few steps in the property, which I found a little difficult due to my poor mobility, but there were plenty of grab handles in place. However, this would not stop me from staying here again.

Positive: Its a quaint property with character and the grounds are lovely. The lady that greeted us was really friendly and helpful. She was great at communicating with before and during our stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfy enough. A selection of bread, fruit and yoghurt, juice was provided for breakfast to help yourself to which was nice to be included for the price

Negative: The room was very cold. Appreciate it was December but the radiator was luke warm and we had to sit under the bed covers. There was an additional plug in heater but this was small and it took hours before we felt the benefit of it. The TV didn't work which we were informed of on arrival The shower was very small, my partner is 6ft 2 so noting he is tall but he couldn't turn around in it. The kettle was full of limescale and could do with a new filter or replacing, it put me off making a hot drink.
