Positive: Helpful janitor/fixer. He lent us a speaker as we forgot and the prperty didn’t have one.

Negative: Late check in, early check out. Price. Almost nothing was provided. We had to get toilet paper, salt, exchange batteries in remote for tv, wash cloths. No WiFi so the tv I almost not of any use. Did not live up to expectations at this price point.
