Positive: Spacious, clean, comfortable, safe, well equipped. Right next to Calul Balan which proved to be an excellent restaurant.

Negative: The shortest route to the beach was through a narrow, dirty footpath. This seems like a general problem in Neptun though (old, dirty roads).

Positive: Good location, safe parking. Antonela is very attentive.

Negative: Apartment is quite new, but not very clean, lumps of dust in the corners. Towels are worn and torn, not enough bedding covers (it was suggested to use a blanket without a cover). No shampoo, no shower gel, only liquid hand soap. The price does not match the quality :(

Positive: Comfortable, clean and the proximity to the beach, sea view from one balcony.

Negative: The smelly wooden sticks, too strong. I had to take them out.

Positive: The location is great, we were at the 5th floor so you could see the sea and catch the sunrise in the early morning. Also, because of the way the building is positioned there was no problem with direct sunlight in the balconies. The apartment was well equipped and the rooms were adequately sized. The beds in both bedrooms were comfortable and the AC worked well. It had balconies on both sides so it was easy to let the fresh air in.

Negative: The room could've been better maintained and the bathroom could've been cleaner. One of the balconies floors was mostly covered in pigeon feathers and excrement and when we got into the apartment one of the remotes for the TV in the living room had been disassembled and we had to figure out how to put it back together and then work out the digital TV boxes without any guidance whatsoever. There was no wi-fi password written anywhere inside the room so we couldn't use the wireless internet (we didn't need to, but it would've been nice to be able to). Also, one of the bedrooms lacks an AC, so we had to keep the door open in order to use the one from the living room. None of these issues were deal-breakers, though.

Positive: .Great communication with the host to receive the key. The apartment is very airy and spacious plenty of room to move around especially if there are children involved 😁 its actually bigger than it looks in the pictures! Clean matrases and fresh clean bedsheets and towels. You have everything you would have in your own home+ AC.. It is equipped with everything! ..You have views all around you and because its on the 5th floor you can see the sea as well... Close to the beach about 7 min walk and plenty of places to eat good local food. We eat at Crama Mutfatlar the best romanian soups! Also close to the high street where you can find little convenience shops, pharmacy and a fun fair for kids. The apartment is well located between Jupiter and Neptun. So you can choose on the day which beach to go to.. We had a fantastic stay!

Negative: We were a little disappointed that we couldn't check in earlier than 1 pm. Our train arrived at 5am...we were tired, cold and hungry and nothing was open, not even to leave our heavy bags. If you have an early arrival its worth checking with the host if you can check in early or maybe book the night before. In our case we had to wait for the other tenants to vacate the flat.
