Summary: The sofa bed was so uncomfortable it could not be used as a bed. The furnisings are not sensible for the room, no wardrobe or shelves or storage ... the 1BR is ok for one but not three. Note ITS ON A VERY NOISY ROAD WITH NO AIRCONDITIONG SO IF HOT YIU CANT SLEEP IF YOU OPEN WINDOWS TO COOL!

Summary: Even though I called several times to clarify parts of my stay, there were still many issues and lack of good communication between employees which led to misunderstandings. The room also needed to be cleaned better, and maintained (the shower door was completely broken yet still there) and was missing toilet paper and toiletries when we arrived which was late in the evening. And the beds were uncomfortable

Summary: The staff here was very friendly and it was a great location to catch the tram into the city. The room was comfortable and I could easily stay here for an extended stay. My only frustration was having to run back inside after getting my car out of the garage to return the fob. It makes sense but it would be nice to have a place to drop the fob upon exiting.

Summary: No elevator, be ready to carry your luggage up the stairs. Rooms were pretty small...we barely able to open our 3 pieces of luggage.

Summary: Parking was not easily available and on street parking limited snd expensive. When exiting the parking, you then had to return the key to reception which would not be easy to park up to return to receptions. Reception not 24hrs. Good tram links to centre Room ok, but warm in summer

Summary: I would say our stay was fine for 1 night although I think overpriced for what you get. The location isn’t the best, had to drive to get to a restaurant. There is no A/C or fans in the room and having the window open made it way to loud to sleep from all the street noise and the people drinking and making noise at the front of the building. Overall the hotel is ok for a quick stay but wouldn’t recommend for more than 1 night
