Summary: We are specifically for a room with a separate tub and they put us in another room instead. Then we had to wait a couple hours for them to get the correct room ready. When we got to the new room, the mirror was dirty and it just wasn’t that nice. We had a Butler the first day, but the second day he disappeared, and we never saw him. Overall, I found the place to be over promising and not delivering. I won’t be going back, I think we deserve a partial refund after that experience.
