Positive: A really pretty and relaxing place with lots of areas to explore, which made it feel like a proper getaway. The staff were lovely, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy.

Negative: The food was quite expensive, and only one restaurant was open, which limited options. There was also a lack of clear signage — we ended up walking straight past things like the ice cream parlour and high tea because they were hard to find.
