Positive: We were at Neelgagan for 2 nights. The resort is new with astounding views. The grounds, the rooms and the service was absolutely excellent. Every staff member was available and couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable and memorable. It has the absolute best views of the entire range in Chaukori. The rooms were spacious and we were provided with a heater. The food was served at the restaurant or in our room. The food was excellent and served hot. Excellent hot water in the bathrooms. Wifi could have been better, but hey.. that's the mountains. I highly recommend Neelgagan as a place to stay and completely relax and enjoy the views. Thanks everyone for making our stay so very special.

Negative: Wifi was weak! I don't think this is in their control. Wish we had stayed longer!

Positive: Location and ambience both are superb. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. We were treated like family members rather than guest by Mr. Anil Tomar, the owner of the resort. Overall it was lovely and excellent stay.
