3 Bedroom Cabin in Meadow View Heights, Duck Creek Village

Amazing views, dead-end street provides a quiet environment, spacious, modern amenities with a rustic feel, ceiling and oscillating fans (no need for a/c the highs are approximate 85°), deck, fireplace and fire pit and barbecue grill. Overlooking the meadow and the village. Close to many attractions; One hour to Zion, Bryce and Brian Head. Cedar Breaks is 20 minutes.
Outdoor and basement security cameras (only) for your safety.
On occasion there may be times that we park/stay in our RV a few feet away from cabin at the beginning of driveway. No worries, we'll respect your privacy.

Summary: This place nestled in duck creek, between zion and bryce with other great parks adjacent was perfect for our family vacation. When not out enjoying the parks we were out on the back deck with beautiful views. Love to stay again. Back deck was safe for my small dogs.

Summary: 2 other friends came to relax, and take advantage of hiking opportunities: Cedar Breaks, Zion, Bryce, Kodachrome State park, just to name a few that are in easy striking distance from this cabin. We had a long stay (18 nights) a this wonderful, quiet (end of "cul de sac"), and perfect place for us to rest, enjoy cooking good meals (we ate every single night on the deck), and good conversation (we used the fire pit and the gas fire pit every night we were there as well). The hosts were super helpful and accomodating, very quick to respond, and while they stay right there, were super respectful of our privacy -- they could have just as easily been in Las Vegas, no intrusions at all! (We wanted to get to know them a little bit, or it probably would have been all VRBO messaging -- amazing hosts!)

Summary: We presumed there would be a greater distance between the house and the owner staying in the RV, however it was virtually right in front of the cabin entrance. Also, when we booked, there was a hot tub listed as one of the amenities. When we reached out to the owner, they stated there is no hot tub and removed it from the listing details. Lastly, while we understood that cameras would be around the property, we were not expecting cameras to also be on the deck. Made sitting outside a bit uncomfortable and felt we couldn't have open conversations because we were being recorded.

Summary: Fantastic, pet friendly cabin. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They had so many condiments and spices needed to cook, so we never felt the need to eat out. Beds were clean and super comfy. Also, they have the ideal backyard patio setting. My kids and I enjoyed our meals on the patio thanks to the outdoor furniture set up. My son is already planning his next birthday at Duck Creek and he only wants to stay at this cabin ❤️ It felt like home away from home. Thank you Josephine, Steven, and Gus for everything!

Summary: Property was wonderful. Kitchen super clean and the wall of windows looking onto the meadow was perfect . We were able to see a mommy deer and 2 babies while sipping coffee in the morning on the beautiful deck. I would definitely stay again.

Summary: We are always looking for vacation rentals that check all the necessary boxes. If a place is pet-friendly, has great reviews, offers amenities to make our stay comfortable, and has owners that are friendly and professional, we are sold. The Altitude Adjustment cabin, owned by Josephine and Steven Weiss, provided a nice 4th of July getaway into the mountains. Our 14 year old female senior pup dislikes fireworks. The cabin in Duck Creek Village gave her and us a chance to escape the noise and excessive heat in Las Vegas. The communication with the owner was excellent. She sent over driving directions, instructions to enter the cabin, and information to make our stay a great experience. The owner lives in an RV parked on the property. She was close by if we needed anything, but we never felt like her presence was intrusive. Any questions or concerns could be quickly addressed by messaging her through the VRBO app, or sending a text message. The cabin is well-appointed and clean, a sign the owners care about their guests. The kitchen and pantry are fully stocked. The bathrooms were clean and had soft bath and hand towels. The shower provided great water pressure and temperature. The beds felt comfortable, but we slept in the living area on the sofas and our pup on her bed to enjoy the fresh air. The flat top grill produced great burgers and hotdogs for our holiday meal. If you need entertainment, the smart TV has you covered. Thanks, Josephine and Steven for having us.
