Positive: nearby the food street. including the heritage lane.

Negative: the owner should alert the guests to the latest security guidelines prior to arrival. I was not well informed on the newly enforced security guidelines. The smell from the sewage system should be rectified.

Positive: Good location, 24hrs convenience store on ground level making it easy to stock up snacks/drinks. Plenty of restaurants too. Overall facility was pretty well kept and prepared. Vibe is nice.

Negative: Keycard for entering through the lobby lock doesnt work. Have to ask the guards for their card to help pass through everytime or wait for people to pass first and follow them. I don't mind it but it might be a hassle for others.
