Summary: The rental was very clean and the location was in a quiet neighborhood perfect for walking our dog. We were in town visiting family in the area, and the rental had very convenient access to major interstates. The host was very friendly and prompt in communicating with us.

Summary: We made a roundtrip and this was, especially when it comes to cleanness and comfort, by far our favorite (it is literally neat and tidy :) ). The accomodation is in a nice quiet neighborhood. On top there are some kinds of snacks prepared. That rounded it up. When we come back to the Dayton area this will be the first place we'll want to stay.

Summary: I was in town for a professional conference. The owner was excellent and timely with communication. The suite is very nice and the owner provided wonderful amenities. Internet was fantastic and much needed as this was a work-related trip. The neighborhood was very quiet, bed was comfortable and it could not have been a better experience staying at this property.
