Positive: William, the proprietor, is a kind and attentive host. He treats guests like family and goes out of his way to ensure they have what they need for a comfortable stay. I really enjoyed our conversations! Additionally, he cleans everything himself, so the rooms are immaculate. The property is in a great location, right in the heart of New London, just a few minutes away from the Coast Guard Academy and waterfront. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with amenities like shampoo, q-tips, etc. Additionally, William is very responsive to anything that his guests need. I have already recommended this property to friends visiting New London for work and will continue to do so. Thanks to William for the warm welcome to New London!

Positive: The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet at night, thus great for a good-night’s sleep. I felt safe and comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful. I asked him for a pan to cook something and he brought me one together with cooking utensils. In addition, you could have coffee/tea and a croissant for breakfast.

Positive: This is a great place to stay while visiting New London. It is close to restaurants, the Coast Guard Academy and downtown. It is in a safe area and William is the consummate host making sure everything is fine with the lodging. Coffee and croissants in the morning ensure you have a great start to your day.

Positive: I loved how incredibly clean it was. The room, the building it smelled clean and it was. The cute kitchen it was just a wonderful experience ☺️ They even have double pane storm windows to keep the street noise out.

Negative: There wasn't anything wrong. The bed was comfortable the room was neat, clean and quiet.
