Summary: In total two weeks we stayed on Sardinia and enjoy the time very much. It was very hot, but due to the aircondition in the sleeping room and a fan it wasn't a problem. In fact of the "two" sides of the house we could open the windows in the morning and the evening to effect an air flow. In nearly five minutes you reach the bathing bay in the near. On weekend it is really crowdy but in the evening it is always quite and empty. To Alghero it takes by car about 20 minutes. In the evening parking is very difficult because of many tourist. There is also a public bus but we never use it. Also to other points of interest an own car is helpfull. Bosa, Sassari, Argentiera, Porte Torres are nice places to see. The support of Rita is very friendly. The house is well equipped. We can fully recommend the house of Rita!

Summary: We (2 adults and 2 children (8 and 12)) stayed in the flat for a week at the beginning of October. We enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodation offers everything you need for a holiday stay. The contact with Rita is uncomplicated, charming and leaves nothing to be desired. The accommodation is located on the edge of a nature reserve and in the heart of the diverse region around Alghero. There are varied opportunities for activities and a number of beautiful beaches in the area. We can absolutely recommend the accommodation .

Summary: My husband and I and our 9 month old had a lovely 10-day stay at Rita's apartment. Everything was pristinely clean and it was very well-equipped including lots of useful kitchen tools and a high chair. There is lots of information about the area such as the lovely beaches of Porto Conte (Mugoni is a good one with a baby as there is lots of shade). Maristella is very quiet but has a great shop and the local restaurant is good. Rita herself was very charming and helpful and allowed us to have a late check-out which was very appreciated! She obviously goes out of the way for guests and deserves all the good reviews on here :)

Summary: This was a great property in an even better location. We loved it here. Rita was very helpful and it was nice that she was there to meet us when we arrived. The view from our bedroom was superb and we loved having breakfast sitting on our balcony every day. The beaches were busy but we found some lovely, quiet beaches off the beaten track. It was useful to have a car. We love Sardinia and Maristella and are seriously considering going back next year.

Summary: Rita is very friendly and helpful. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. Having the bikes was great, we used them to get into Alghero , Sa Mandra.and the beaches.

Summary: The house was well equipped and there was room enough for 2 people..The region was splendid and the hostess very friendly and helpful. What we didn`like was the loud and often neverending barking of the dogs in the next house. .

Summary: My wife and I stayed for 9 days at the end of July 2018. Right from the beginning of the booking Rita (the owner) was extremely well organised and helpful which made everything very straightforward. The house was spotlessly clean, spacious and modern inside. Even though our plane was delayed by 2 hours Rita was there when we arrived and showed us how everything worked. There is no English TV but this did not bother us as on holiday we prefer to do other things.The house is in a peaceful area with the sea and National Park walks on the doorstep. Altogether a very enjoyable holiday and we would love to return.
