Beautiful property situated on the 2nd floor of a secure, gated modern building in the heart of the vibrant Nice city centre, overlooking a lush private garden and one of Nice’s elegant, historic avenues, this very well appointed one bedroom apartment has all you need for a great holiday: a fantastic location, fresh and modern accommodation, tasteful decoration, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a large sunny terrace, perfect for your evening aperitif or continental breakfast outdoors. The terrace overlooks the delightful, lush residence gardens, with mature tropical plants, flowers, and palm trees.
The apartment is very light and airy, with large floor-to-ceiling double glazed windows with roller shutters in the bedroom and living room, and floor tiles in all rooms.
The living/dining room opens out onto the large sunny terrace, which is furnished with a marble table and seating with soft cushions for four guests. Summary: Very nice apartment, in a very pleasant building, and good location. Perfect for easy transport bus and Tram.The little garden in front of the property is absolutely charming, I appreciated sitting on the balcony , in spite of the noise of a busy street.Minor worry for the check-out . . . even the day before, we had no information for check-out. I had to try to contact both the owner and person in charge locally, through the booking-system the night before (a few hours before quitting the flat) to know how to do with keys and leaving. A bit of stress.

Summary: Good location and all round a good place to stay as long as you’re fit and walking is no problem . Much less noisy than staying right in the middle of the old town. Lovely sitting on the balcony enjoying the passing scene!

Summary: The Apartment was superbly located but in need of updating inside. The size was of the apartment was good but the layout meant that it was not easy to manouvre around the bed or access the wardrobes. The bathroom was small and the shower cubilcle was extremely tiny and although we are reasonable small people you could not turn or was easily in it. The kitchen was adequate as was the lounge area, although we felt the Bedroom would have been better located in the lounge area.

Summary: Beautiful apartment, unfortunately traffic noise was constant, but didn’t interfere with our stay. Having more information on directions from the train station would be useful as we couldn’t get a taxi & had to rely on google maps to walk there.

Summary: Not much storage, hot water ran out quick and took a long time to heat up. Bedroom is Very small, tough to move around. Road out front is very busy and can be loud with the door open, but the door is solid and kept the noise down when closed. Location is perfect! Close to modern art museum ( closed for renovations when we were there) and old nice, which is a great neighborhood.

Summary: The appartment had everything needed for a nice stay, the necessary equipment was available and functioning. A large enough balcony with view into a well kept garden allowed us to have breakast outside (if it was not too cold). Place Garibaldi, the Old Town and the Golden Quarter all were in walking distance. On the other hand, the street is quite noisy and in about 150m distance in direction of Place Garibaldi, there was a large bilding site aound the Art Museum, which does not seem to be finished within the next few monthes. Anyhow, we were content with our stay in Nice and happy to have been visiting all the interesting places we have seen before.
