Summary: Booking this cabin was easy. The cabin was perfect in size, location, very well maintained and well equipt with everything you need for a winter getaway! Kids and adults had fun playing in the snow and building a snowman with the snow right outside the cabin, or just enjoying the amenities, wifi, cable, boardgames, etc. Plus the general store is nearby for any extra needs of food/snacks/ and winter gear. Would highly recommend and can't wait to spend another winter vacation here as well as a summer stay!

Summary: Easy to find. Well kept. Housekeeping did a nice job with presentation. Towels,soaps etc. Great cabin,very comfortable and homey.

Summary: Quaint 70s-style cabin in very nice surroundings. Even though the property was a bit dated it was very clean and had all the accommodations needed for a pleasant stay. We used it for our annual “guys fishing trip” and it was great. The fishing at Lake Alpine was a blast and easy to get to from here.

Summary: Great little cabin. Had a good snow storm about 18 inches. Only downfall cabin is all electric and power went out about12 hour. Wood stove needed chimney cleaned so we couldn’t use. Had a cold night. Overall great little cabin.

Summary: The cabin and amenities were fine. There was an odd smell in the kitchen. Maybe the head of garlic that had been left behind? The fridge contained many already opened food items. We didn’t use any of these and didn’t leave any. The three local restaurants are not reliably open, so be sure to have enough food in the cabin. In the winter it’s a long uphill walk to the cabin at 7100 feet altitude through snow and ice. Plan on using one of the local informal snow mobilers to get your belongings up and back. Would stay again.
