Summary: My family of four decided on a whim to go gold mining at Coker Creek for my sons 13th birthday. I was very apprehensive about the accomadations because I booked them quickly the night before we traveled. However, Chris, the owner, quickly put my mind at ease the next morning by texting and calling me. She asked questions about my family, our travels, and likes/dislikes. She also gave me important information regarding getting to the cabin. When we arrived, things couldn't have been more perfect! Chris had us a bag of bundt cakes and a welcome/happy birthday sign. That was just the beginning of her awesomeness! She brought us firewood for the fire pit, made sure the boys had cornhole & jenga, and was so personable! The apartment was beyond expectations stocked with everything from q-tips to an umbrella to a smores kit. The kitchen was fully stocked with nice cookware, spices, freshly ground coffee, and even condiments. The beds were super comfy with plenty of pillows and blankets. Everything was exceptionally clean, modern, and well planned. The property was lovely, relaxing, and quiet. Chris takes southern hospitality to the next level! We will definitely be back!

Summary: Nest Retreat is brand new and the host has done a wonderful job preparing for a visit. The kitchen has all of the essential tools for cooking and serving meals. The bathroom and bedrooms have linens. The deck has a lovely place to sit. The fire pit is a great place to sit and enjoy the stars. The host is friendly and responsive. A great place toStay!!
