Summary: We had a lovely stay. The property is minutes from downtown Phoenix, which is where our event was. Loved not having to get on a highway to and from the event. The furnishings are very comfortable. Check in / check out process could have been smoother both the owner was quick to respond to questions. All in all a great stay. Thank you!

Summary: The house needed some upkeep. Walls were damaged in several places and needed repairs and painting. Neighborhoods was OK but not the best.

Summary: We visited Arizona to attend my graduation ceremony from GCU. It was very clean and neighborhood as well as neighbors were quiet and friendly. It was close to the campus and shopping. I would stay again.

Summary: The listing is exactly what it says! Location is pretty central. We rented a car and it was great to have a dedicated parking space. Overall really great place to stay, and of course for the price! Tomasa was very responsive and was able to answer all of our questions! Tiny, but mighty, note is that they have some very firm pillows along with soft ones! I get really bad neck pain when using soft pillows for my head but I was very surprised to find out that there were some form ones, almost like a memory foam pillow. It was so great and I really appreciated that!
