Positive: The owners have this apartment updated, elegant, and modern with everything that one could want. It has a beautiful balcony for breakfast, luxurious living room, elegantly designed, and a thoughtfully provided beverages in the refrigerator for us. We celebrated our anniversary here and the owners left us a lovely card and a bottle of champagne. The Navigli area is perfect for great people watching with great aperitivo buffets/drinks by the canals. It’s convenient to all of the metro and trams taking you to all of the tourist sites. Along with all modern conveniences, the owners have a washer and dryer here, full-size, and I state of the art lighting.

Negative: There is no reception area here – this is a private luxury apartment which the owners are very good at coordinating to allow opening by a ring camera and keypad. This was really not a problem since the owners were very good at communicating with us.

Positive: The apartment had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The facilities were above average, giving it a luxury feel. We travelled with our little one, a cot and high chair were provided, at no extra charge. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is ideal, and in a safe neighbourhood. You can easily access the Duomo and Navigli area by foot. There’s a selection of places to eat and a supermarket on the same street as the apartment. Communication from the hosts was excellent with helpful information before and during our stay. Our welcome gift was appreciated and a lovely touch.

Negative: We wasn’t aware of the mosquito’s in Milan (August) a lot naturally came into the apartment, so candle repellant outside would have been helpful. & remember your repellant!

Positive: The apartment looked just like the pictures and has all the comforts for a short and long stay. WiFi was great and there are two washers. There are plenty of cooking utensils, dishes, and the host was lovely enough to leave water, a soda, sparkling wine, and plenty of coffee pods! The property is in a great location. As soon as you step out, you have restaurants and shops, you can easily walk to the river area and to the center attractions like the Duomo, Castle, shopping streets, etc. There is also plenty of transportation options near by; across the street was a tram, it was a 5 min walk to the metro line that connected to all the main spots, and easy access to the airports. Lastly, the host was really great a communicating, I received the door code and steps to check in and out well in advance. Any time I texted the host, I received quick responses. This is a great place to stay as a solo traveler, couple, or with family.

Positive: The property was super easy to find from the airport and 2 min walk to trams which took you wherever you wanted to go site seeing in minutes. The apartment was spotless and had everything you needed. Endless, towels, good coffee and nice toiletries ( even feminine wash by the bidet). Lots of toilet rolls, washing up liquid and bin bags. We have stayed in a few apartments all over the world and having to go shopping for basics is essential, at this apartment not only did they think of everything, they put sweets everywhere and in the fridge there was cold wine, beer, coke and water! There were extra pillows, blankets for the sofa, extra duvets. The air con is perfect, really good and services the whole apartment during 37 degree heat! There are excellent washing and drying facilities including a large washing machine, tumble dryer airer, iron and balcony. There is so much storage that you can stay here clutter free! The whole place has been thought out so well! The hosts were so warm and friendly from the outset. They gave us a really nice early check in and were very helpful and responsive to our messages throughout. I urge you to look no further, this is such a lovely calm well thought out apartment with the kindest most thoughtful hosts! Stay here! I am a seasoned traveller who has been all over the world and this was truly a great place to spend the week! Thank you Paolo and Barbara!

Owner accepted late booking and late check in and waited for me, helped to find a place since Uber driver left me couple streets from the apartment. My best recommendation 💚

Positive: Great flat, actually one of the best I did in Milano. It s spacious, lots of light, reasonably quiet and very well located. Top welcome and communication with the owner.

Negative: Led lighting is very white and very bright. It's also complicated to swithc9on and off. But it seems that all Milano BnB have adopted these bright white light with lots of blue light. Just need to change them to warm light and less light for the evening.
