Positive: The accommodation itself is very good. The apartment is spacious, clean and has all the necessary equipment. The balcony is an advantage. It is not far from the port area (~15 min walk).

Negative: What reduces its attractiveness is the dubious neighborhood in which it is located. Many vagabonds, I do not recommend night walks. It is very difficult to find a parking lot in tis area of Marseille. We felt lucky if we parked less than 350 meters from the accommodation, with a small car. Driving in Marseille is a challenge.

Negative: Be aware of not very pleasant surroundings in the area. Kind of typical fo Marseille, but you could be disappointed. Not critical, but better check some photos to manage expectations

Positive: I liked the cleanliness of the apartment itself. It is quite bright and open, the small space has been well used to make it seem bigger and welcoming, especially with the balcony. The bed can be a little small for 2 people over a longer period of time but it is manageable.

Negative: The location was good because it was close to almost everything. However, the area were the apartment is located is very dirty. The staircase, where all the other residents live, smelled quite bad, cigarettes were on the staircase and you could smell the smoke which is very unpleasant for non-smokers.

Positive: The location and the light coming inside the flat was really great. The host was flexible and answered rapidly.

Negative: The smell of the bathroom because there is no vent or window it smells humidity a lot and I am very sensible with smells, there was also no vent for cooking. The shower handle is leaking and the main light wasn't working. It is also super noisy you hear everyone talking in the staircase and next door.
