Positive: A place that stays with you There are places you visit, and there are places that somehow become a part of you. Our stay with Satenik was very much the latter. The location is simply breathtaking. The photographs, beautiful as they are, do not come close to conveying the reality of this place. There is an incredible sense of beauty, silence and freedom here — mountains stretching into the distance, pure air, the quiet rhythm of rural life, and a feeling of being wonderfully far away from the noise of the world. But perhaps the most precious thing is what this place does to you inside. When you sit here and simply look at the beauty of creation around you, the worries that seemed so important suddenly become quiet. Your attention turns toward something solid, timeless and far greater than your own inner world. And somehow, regardless of what is happening in life, you begin to feel that you are part of something immense, eternal and deeply meaningful. It is a rare kind of peace — not the absence of life, but the feeling of being exactly where you are meant to be. The house The accommodation itself is a beautiful piece of original design. The house is bright, thoughtful and filled with light. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay is there, and the bed is wonderfully comfortable. What makes it special, however, is the attention to detail. You notice it in the smallest things. And then there is the view — a breathtaking panoramic landscape that seems to surround you in every direction. It is difficult to imagine a more beautiful place to wake up. The food We also chose to have our breakfasts, lunches and dinners prepared by Satenik, and we are so glad we did. We did not cook for ourselves even once. Every meal was different, fresh and full of character. The food was simple in the best possible sense — natural, homemade, beautifully prepared and extraordinarily delicious.
Negative: I loved absolutely everything about the place. Every detail felt thoughtful and carefully chosen, and there was nothing I would change.

Positive: the location, the quality, the authentic personal welcome & service, the fantastic healthy Armenian dishes, the young cat awaiting us at the cabin every evening and greeting us every morning..and provablymore
Negative: The road to the cabin requires at best a Jeep or 4x4...

Positive: The cabin is made with great care and attention to detail. Beautiful scenery, clean air, and a cozy interior create a very relaxing and secluded atmosphere. The internet is fast and reliable, and the heating works perfectly even in freezing temperatures. The winter road was in good condition, and we were able to reach the farm by electric car. From there, the host kindly transported us the remaining 100 meters up the hill to the cabin. Thanks to Satenik for a wonderful weekend experience

Positive: The cabin is an absolute gem surrounded by beautiful nature and stunning views of the mountains and the valleys nearby. The host, Satenik is the loveliest host you could get. She was great at communication and made herself available throughout our stay, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The cabin is comfortable and very unique for Armenia I would say, with a lot of lovely touches, you can see the love and care that was put into building it. It offers peace and tranquility apart from sounds of rural life with nearby herds of cows and horses which makes it very idylic. It gave us the connection with nature we wanted, beautiful autumn colours and cozy days when it rained.
Negative: It's quite a long drive from the airport in Yerevan and it's quite remote which can be great and can be a little challenging too so I suggest you get all the provisions you need before you get to the cabin. The host had great recommendations for where to stop.

Positive: I wish I could give it 11 and not just 10. Super clean, completely surrounded by nature with beautiful views, snd Satenik was a perfect host! We also had a delicious dinner prepared for us by her and we highly recommend that too! One of the best places I’ve stayed in!
