Positive: Everything was beautiful. The beds were really comfy and the staff was excellent. We really appreciated the unexpected turn-down service too, it was a really nice touch.

Negative: The other doors in the hallway were slamming quite loudly at 7:15am and woke us up. Perhaps some noise inhibitors on the frames could make that less irritating.

Summary: Loved it all, we will be back.

Positive: New hotel so clean and modern. Concierge team welcoming and very professional.

Negative: The reception team seemed disorganised and not overly helpful whereas the concierge team could not have more professional and helpful. We decided to use room service as we were weary from travelling - the food was OK and service was good. As a new hotel I would suggest that staff need more training and to be more aware of quality of service. Location quite a long way out of town - you need a car and no public transport options

Summary: We enjoyed the town but not sure we would stay here again

Positive: The room is very clean and organized. Front desk staffs are friendly with big smiles all the time. Coffee machine also worked perfectly. My overall experience is excellent and will book again for future trips to this region.

Negative: Sunset Terrace is not open for Mondays and Tuesdays. We didn’t get to try it unfortunately.

Summary: Great facility, excellent service, and great landscaping.

Negative: If you are not into Golf the hotel is a bit far away from the ocean. Not really noise proof.
