Summary: I gave communication an average score because I was very disappointed that a week prior to check-in they sent me an email to say they were bumping us from our 1 bedroom apartment to a studio because of overbooking. I had booked it 8 months prior. After communications, we got our 1 bedroom apartment. It was disaapointing to have to have those communications. Once there, it was fantastic .. location brilliant, quiet, friendly staff - Mo and Iva on the desk were great. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay ... after a shaky start! Would highly recommend.

Summary: Great location, modern well equipped studio with kitchenette with full size fridge and a washing machine. Really comfy beds good air con. We were only there one night and would definitely stay again.

Summary: Nice Quiet apartment. Bed great very roomy, couch not so comfortable. No power points near a mirror when using hair dryer. Needs a coat rack. Good walking distance to eateries bars market etc. staff were great.

Summary: Not easy to find as it is down a side street and not very good signage. Close to restaurants, Boroughs Market, Globe theater, Millennium Bridge and supermarkets a few blocks away. Hotel was very quiet, staff helpful, clean and modern amenities. Only downside is lack of counter top space (none) in the bathroom that my wife had to do her hair in the kitchen area. Kitchen was had all the utensils and fridge and microwave came in handy.

Summary: The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring London. Tucked away near The Globe and easy access to walk along the river. What we didn’t expect was that there is no ‘view’ outside. Because of proximity to other buildings there is a screen outside the window externally. The rooms were small & a little tired. The hotel also advertised ‘the pantry’ - one of the reasons we booked it over other options. Somewhere you can grab snacks and breakfast, perfect for my daughter. When we asked where this was they mentioned it was removed during Covid and not brought back. Even in room information still mentioned it - time for an update! The staff were all very helpful especially after we arrived and were initially given a room near the lift. When I ask to move as we were tired from travel that showed us another option which was much appreciated . Another one of the staff members helped us with WiFi via his hotspot after we had checked out. It’s a shame this level of service isn’t matched in quality of hotel.

Summary: Great apartment with two bathrooms. Plenty of milk/tea and coffee provisions and top quality bathroom toiletries. Very clean and modern apartment and would not hesitate to stay there again. Excellent location in a quiet area but close to facilities.

Summary: Room Doors seems To slam a lot megnaric shutter should be installed, the shower situation is weird; there is no door, so water goes everywhere, which is not very practical. Very nice decor and Modern. Very polite staff.
