Positive: The staff were friendly and professional. We were upgraded to a king room, which was very spacious, with a very comfy bed.

Negative: There was an unpleasant smell in our room and we noticed some black mold in the bathroom, near paper stapled to the ceiling to cover up problems. The poor inside air quality diminished an otherwise comfortable stay.

Positive: Staff was extremely nice and understood that I had made by mistake a double booking and help in cancelling one booking even if not allowed. Really appreciated the effort. Hotel very central and very convenient to move around. Rooms the right size and everything works very well.
