This is a newly furnished and nice apartment. 3 bedrooms,1 Living room, 1 dining room, 2 toilets (2 bathrooms) and kitchen in the amazingly convenient district, Yau Me Tei, Kowloon!

In Hong Kong, it's not easy to find apartment with 2 bathrooms! The living room is quite spacious. I recommend to book it for family!

Location: It is located in Yau Ma Tei, within1 min's walk to Yau Ma Tei MTR Exit C, one stop to Mongkok.

Rooms: It's an apartment with 3 bedrooms, 1 living room 1 dinning room and 2 bathrooms. There are 3 beds in this apartment (and plus 2 sofa beds). The master bedroom with double side bed, 1.2 meter for 2 guests, also a private toilet/bathroom. Other two smaller bedrooms have a bunk bed each - The bed in one Bed room is 2.3 meter long which fit for 3 guests especially are tall. Width of the lower deck is 1.2 meters, the upper bed is 1 meter; another room with standard size bunk bed for 3 guests. The width of the lower deck is 1.2 meters, the upper deck is 1 meter.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have windows. Windows is double glazed for a quiet sleep at night.

Living room: there is a folding sofa that flatted to be a bed for 2 guests. Air-conditioned.
Dinning room: there is a dining table with chairs and another sofa bed. The sliding door flexibly closed to make additional bedroom.
Kitchen is fully equipped so cooking is not a problem in case you need.
Facilities are well equipped. Water heater, air-condition, boiler, rice cooker, washing machine, TV , WiFi and so on.
Be attention: tap water in Hongkong can not drink. You must boil with the teakettle before drink!
You can use all the things you want like [FILTERED] share flat in our apartment means nobody disturb you but a quiet stay!

Shopping: Department stores, malls as well as boutique shops. From local, traditional stuff to global brands, you can find them all in Mong Kok. Famous Night Market Temple Street is on the opposite of the street!

Food: Hong Kong is known as food paradise and you can find the most famous food in Mong Kok, from local Chinese restaurants to various global foods!

Daily need: Supermarkets and convenient stores opens till late daily. Basically you can get everything you need in walking distance.

Summary: The apertment is clean, convenient for walking distance to most of the places in ours planning. Host is friendly & the room is ready on time once we arrived.

Summary: Good & convenience place to stay for our family 7 adult & 3 child. house is clean & warmness. Host Jack have massage me to remind . Nearby we stay have lot food store & behind building is temple street. This is good place for large group travelling. Just a some pity is in-house WIFI is can't to connect while i staying. This maybe can improve it. Thank you Jack to serve us.

Summary: Very good location walking distant 10mins to ladies street and temple street. MTR exit is right in front of the hse. Easy to get taxi as well in front of the street. From Airport to this location is cost not more than HK250. Nice food is ard the area. The host is very helpful when we face one of the room no aircon n the toilet light problem, she help to fix at the following day. You may need to wait at downstair if the host late for passing the key. So please call the host when u arrived airport to avoid waiting under the sun. Overall I may said worth to stay for big group like me for 7 adults and 2 children for 5days. But don't expect the hse will be very big but it is the experience for staying in the hong kong holiday hse instead of the hotel.
