Summary: I stayed with 5 of my adult brother and sisters and one teen age exchange student. We actually only spent mornings and late evenings there to relax and enjoy the accomadations. The home was lovely and comfortable. The only unfortunate for us was that it was not very close to a store for some supplies, otherwise it was great.

Summary: This is a top-notch property in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. Everything at this home is beautiful. You can easily have 12 people stay here and have plenty of room! We loved it for the short drive to Cheekwood Gardens. This is a property that I will definitely return to with friends and family.

Summary: This was a nice place to stay while we visited Nashville. The neighborhood was nice and seemed very safe. The house was spacious and had everything we needed for a short stay.

Summary: We spent the weekend in Nashville as a mini family reunion and weren’t disappointed. The property was perfect and Kim was the best host. Her communication was outstanding and she provided several outstanding eateries when we asked that were close to the house. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Summary: This was a great place for my family who was there for a wedding. One recommendation is to have a TV in the game room. Otherwise, it was comfortable, quiet and a great location.

Summary: Good stay and owner managers we nice. We ran into a couple issues but didn't bother to call thinking it couldn't be fixed. My son found the stairwell handrail broken so we carefully keep the kids away from it. One bathroom had to be cleaned, I guess cause they left early as we asked for an earlier check in (nice of them). Couple of other minor issues, but overall the house was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.
