Summary: The first room we were given the A/C wasn’t working so we got moved. The A/C was better but still not great. Other than that it was ok

Summary: Facilities were generally clean and well kept. Staff was hard to find at times - front desk phone went unanswered late evening. Breakfast buffet was excellent!! Very satisfied with the stay. Will consider staying again.

Summary: The room we were in was across from the stairwell, the hotel was full of kids in town for a sporting event and they ran up and down the stairs all night slamming the door. We called the front desk soon after checking I, about 6ish, because the light in the bathroom made a horrible buzzing noise. The front desk worker came and checked it, then said she would have to call in maintenance because they were gone for the day but no one ever came. When we checked out in the morning I reminded the front desk about the light and they had no idea what I was talking about.

Summary: The elevator closest to my room was out of order the whole time I was there. The juice machine was not operative for breakfast the whole time. The breakfast sausage was over cooked and dried up, every day. Always had fresh fruit available, lots of amenities at the property. Easy check in. Room was ready when I arrived and had lots of ammenities. Friendly staff.
