Privacy and Acreage surround this custom built Nantucket home, situated in Quidnet on Three Acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with the feel of horse and hunt country-adjacent to Squam Farm, a 700 acre nature preserve with forest and walking trails. The property also borders conservation land. It is only a 5 minute walk to the Windswept Cranberry Bogs with walking trails that take you around Stump Pond or to Conservation land in The Middle Moors. Excellent area to take your dog on a long hike. A separate guest cottage with with eat-in kitchen, living room, bedroom, sleeping berth w/double bed, and two baths provides a second private dwelling with its own yard. Ideal for guests or family members who enjoy a little extra privacy. Quidnet beach is less than a mile's walk or a five minute bike ride. Wide plank, random width pine floors and cherry paneling in the dining room and living room add to the warmth of this cozy home. There is a master bedroom with queen size bed on the first floor along with a guest bedroom containing two extra long twins. A master bedroom with king size bed and sitting area is on the second floor along with a bedroom with two twin beds.
It is important to book ferry early. Mid to late July and all of August Saturday and Sunday spaces usually are sold out by end of February or sooner.

Summary: Peaceful rolling hills surrounded by country roads and trails. Our Labrador was in heaven sleeping under the shade of the trees and chasing bunnies. He loved walking past the farm to the nearby conservation trails through the old cranberry bog. Close to the beach and shopping. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook and grill. Beautiful home - can’t wait to visit again!

Summary: This was our groups second year staying at Belle's Gift and we felt right at home. We love the outdoor shower, the big backyard to play games in, sitting together on the back patio at the table, the close ride to the beach, and how responsive and helpful the hosts are. Summary: I almost don’t want to give such a rave review because I don’t want others to know about this gem! This was our second stay at the property. It is absolutely beautiful. Private and tranquil. Sprawling yard. Beautiful garden and landscaping. Two great houses on the property that are well laid out and equipped. We have a large family and have all been able to fit which has been so nice for us. Amazing location close to town and sconset. The closest beach is never crowded and has access to a pond so is a great option for families with small kids. And the host has always been easy to contact, responsive, and very welcoming. We will definitely be coming back!!

Summary: Belle’s Gift was a wonderful place - everyone was so happy. The location is quiet, so many deer and a beautifully maintained property. The house has everything - the kitchen wonderfully stocked. We were so happy we stayed at Belles Gift - and the owner was wonderful to work with. We hope to come back to Belles Gift again on the future. Don’t hesitate to rent this property - it is exceptional !!!!

Summary: We were all so pleased with our stay at Belle’s Gift. We had 10 family & friends staying & had plenty of room. The house is stocked with everything & anything you may have forgotten or needed. It was like being at home. What a beautiful property! We went for walks in the morning- lots to explore. Summary: My family and I have been coming to Nantucket since the early 1970s. My parents and two brothers and I all own or owned properties in the Wauwinet, Squam, Polpis, Quidnet area. The best part of the island in our view. This is a beautiful property with a very charming Nantucket home and experience. Everything we wanted. Backs up on my favorite place to walk Squam Farm and close to great 4W beach access for fishing, swimming, picnicking and beautiful vistas. A great place to decompress with family and friends.

Summary: We loved our stay at Belle's Gift. We all had plenty of space to enjoy and relax and loved that the house had bikes, beach chairs, and beach towels. The full kitchen equipped with everything we needed was very helpful when we needed to make dinner for our large group! 10/10 would recommend booking this property. Looking forward to next year!

Summary: “The Grey Lady” was in full force all week; only on our last day did the sun shine. But the week was still wonderful because we we’re staying at Belle’s Gift. The home, the cottage, the setting, the landscaping, the rolling meadow, the entire property is enchanting. Everything you need for a small intimate dinner or a huge clambake is there. As are bikes, towels, beach chairs, games , jigsaw puzzles… the list goes on. AND 2 sets of heavy duty washers & dryers with all the detergent & supplies you’ll ever need. You can tell this is a home, not just a rental. And Bob Vidoni couldn’t have been more gracious and accommodating to all our requests. We hope to return again and we highly recommend this wonderful place.

Summary: Our visit at Belle's Gift was absolutely lovely. This is not simply a rental. It is someone's cherished home who graciously allows guests. Everything about this property is welcoming, well maintained and well thought out. You felt like you were at a friend's home. It was a pleasure to spend a week here with our young adult aged children before they all went off in different directions for the Summer. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. The home has everything you may need for a stay on Nantucket...including a well stocked kitchen (the variety of spices was magnificent), bikes to ride to the beach, beach towels, etc. The actual property is gorgeous...a massive yard where the kids played football and the pups chased bunnies. We explored the island by day, and cooked and relaxed by evening. Thank you to Bob and his family for sharing their slice of heaven with us. We hope to be back next Summer. Best, the Vigneaux Family
