Cozy two bedrooms, two bathrooms home at Naushop private village with use of the community pool and tennis courts. The house is located 1.8 miles from Nobadeer and Surfside Beach, Nantucket Airport, Grocery Stores and bike paths. Ideal for family vacations. There is a lovely private back yard, where you can spend the cool Nantucket evenings around the fire pit, play outdoor games with the kids, or relax after a long day at the beach.
First floor:
The front door opens up to a bright and sunny living room with comfortable sitting area, including a sofa bed, 3D smart TV, Bose music system. The dining area sits six comfortably. The kitchen has a warm and cozy look with a window overviewing the back yard. The back yard can be accessed through the kitchen. It is a perfect place for a barbecue and relaxes. It has a big outside table, sitting area, and sun chairs.
Just of the living area is located the master bedroom, very spacious with a private bathroom. Washer and dryer are in the basement area, accessed through the kitchen.
