Positive: Fantastic location giving panoramic views of Himalayas and not too far from Ranikhet. Rooms are very tasteful done and providing all necessary amenities.
Negative: The property is perched at a height offering some great views hence there are some steep steps to climb but the good news is elevator has just been installed and was under testing.

Positive: Excellent facilities offered at very affordable price. The host constantly was in touch and guided us. The reduced GST rates were applied to our price. Check in process was smooth. The room was large and had all facilities including TV, fridge, kettle and even iron with ironing table and yoga mat. The cot was large and comfortable. Toilet was clean with top of the line plumbing and geyser. Food was excellent. The caretakers were very helpful and attentive.Checkout was smooth.
Negative: There was nothing to dislike.

Positive: Location . Hands down the best views . I took the room on the top floor, it was a feast, especially the sunrise. The staff is courteous and sincere. No bothersome attitudes. Food is great. It has a homecooked feel. And the pricing is ridiculous cheap
Negative: Needs some improvement in the car parking. It's small. So if there are more than 5 card, it's a tricky aspect to park. It's easier if all the guests are aware of how to park... Though It's not the deficit on part of the hotel.

Everything about the property is fantastic and relaxing. Owner and Caretakers are always with you for your comfort, advises, safety and food as per your needs and choices.
