Positive: Close to the beach and restaurants. Bedroom furniture and decor were good, balcony was nice for dining

Negative: Bathroom and kitchen need updating, were of a 1970's vintage, functional but not the standard I have found in other similarly priced apartments. There was no toilet seat as the previous guests had apparently broken it. The owner was not able to replace it during my 3 night stay, which was surprising. There was a lot of traffic noise at night, going into the early hours. I was surprised for the price that the air conditioning was an extra 5 euros per day (not that I needed it but everywhere else I have stayed, air con was included.) I had a pleasant stay but have experienced a higher standard for less money elsewhere on the island.

Positive: Excellent comfortable room, with space for bags and gear, and with a separate kitchen and bathroom. The lovely balcony caught the sun in morning and evenings, overlooking their lovely garden, with the mountains behind. Nancy was very welcoming and helpful, cleaning the room each day, and changing linen. She has excellent English and is very friendly. It was easy to park the hire car outside the house, and the bakery, shops and restaurants were just a few minutes walk.

Negative: Nothing - everything was excellent.

Summary: Lovely room, great location, friendly host and good value. Couldn't ask for more.
