Positive: The room had black blinds that completely blocked out daylight. This was very convenient, especially for those who want to sleep in without being disturbed by light. A great choice for anyone who values peace and darkness during the night or early mornings.

Negative: Unfortunately, our experience at this accommodation was far from ideal. Upon arrival, we noticed that the towels were dirty, and one of the bath mats was torn. The bathroom/WC constantly smelled of sewage, and the only way to make it bearable was to keep the light + ventilation fan on at all times to improve the air quality. The walls are very thin – you can hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms, which made it hard to relax. Especially, you would like to sleep not wake up at 7 AM. The room had a balcony, but using the air conditioner in the bedroom meant that all the hot air was blown out onto the balcony, making it uncomfortably warm even at night. Feels like in sauna. There was no kitchen towel provided, and the ceilings were quite low. We even hit our heads several times, which was both annoying and painful. Another disappointment was that we were not allowed to use the towels from room at the pool. On top of that, the pool hours were very limited – only from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and again from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM, which significantly restricted our ability to enjoy it. Room service was available 3 out of 5 days during our stay. Overall, several important inconveniences affected our stay. Unfortunately, this accommodation did not meet our expectations.

Positive: This is a beautiful property and the host was lovely; we couldn’t fault the property, but the reason I didn’t score 10 is because I am a very light sleeper and even though the room is sound proofed, it wasn’t soundproofed enough for me, on the other hand my husband slept soundly, as he has no trouble sleeping at all.

Negative: Just the fact that I could hear the road noise outside on the main road through Heraklion,

Positive: Gorgeous bar and swimming pool area. 10 min walk to the beach. Very close to the airport but perfect for a weeks holiday in the area. Lovely kind staff and extremely clean and modern accommodation. Kitchenette with dinning area and double bedroom with balcony. Great air-conditioning. €20 taxis to the airport. Lovely beach area. Very quiet place very calm.
