Positive: Location is close to everything. The host was very attentive, and she showed us around. The place was fully equipped with attention to detail and very spacious. There was even a first aid kit. We felt like home. Thank you, Pilar.

Positive: Lovely, spotless, airy apartment in a great location in what must be one of the friendliest, compact and liveable cities that I have ever visited. The Apartment was well equipped and kitchen basics provided. There a generous supply of coffee pods and tea-bags. Even though there was a major soccer match in the city one night, with lots of activity in the bars and streets nearby there was no intrusive noise. Both Pilar, and Lola , whose English was excellent, were extremely helpful with clear advice and instructions. Lola actually approached us in the street as we first neared the apartment to welcome and usher us in. Although we did not meet Pilar she was available via email and WhatsApp and provided information on things like getting the bus from airport, gave restaurant recommendations and she even contacted a number of restaurants from her list to find one with availability on match night. We had a lovely time there

Positive: Very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment, located in a central, vibrant area with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The owner, Pilar, was lovely and extra helpful and clearly went out of her way to make the apartment feel homely. It’s also a short distance away from the bus from the airport.

Positive: This was one of the most comfortable apartments I have ever rented. Spotless and well supplied. Pilar was a most considerate host, with suggestions for restaurants and other local amenities. She even booked an early morning cab for us. We could not have asked for more!

Positive: Very cozy and clean apartment located in downtown area owned by the householder. From the decoration and furnishings of the flat, you can tell that the householder has taken great care of the house. What’s more, there is a parking space although you have to pay for that! We would recommend it to every friends of mine if they want to have accommodation in Bilbao.
