Summary: Overall, the suite was an excellent choice, offering an inviting and luxurious atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from local attractions and restaurants. The only issue I encountered was the lack of hand soap and toothbrushes provided in the suite. I wasn't a fan of having to pay separately for these items from the vending machine. Despite this minor inconvenience, my experience was truly wonderful, especially highlighted by a delightful massage chair that provided much-needed relaxation after a long day.

Summary: I stayed here from November 26 until December 30, 2021, in a Deluxe Double, #912, and loved it. The hotel is the top 4 floors of a new building (opened in June 2021), with high quality construction and materials that make it feel special. Rooms have large, double-pane windows with views of mountains in every direction. (After admiring Cheonmasan out my window, I drove to it and hiked to the top.) The bed is very comfortable, and the rooms are quiet. The cleaning staff make the rooms and hallways gorgeous. My room had a 65” smart-TV, a tea pot with coffee mix. Best of all was the warm and friendly staff.
