Positive: Namli Haus is an absolute gem in Jaipur. Tucked away in a lovely, quiet area that is very well located for tourist activities. The food was simply outstanding made in house it was fresh, flavourful and beautifully prepared every single time for a very good price. The service deserves a special mention too: the staff were warm, attentive and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable and memorable. Everything from the surroundings in the garden to the delicious meals and thoughtful hospitality made our experience truly exceptional. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great food and impeccable service!

Negative: Only thing that could improve rooms is perhaps a safe in each one to keep valuables

Positive: The hotel itself is beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. Our room was spacious, clean, and nicely designed, and we really appreciated having air conditioning, especially in the warm weather

Negative: There was no hot water during our stay, which was quite inconvenient. The hotel was very noisy early in the mornings and evenings — we could clearly hear people talking and sometimes music from nearby. For the same price, we found that places like Niwas Palace offer a quieter environment and more complete facilities. A tip for future guests: when you hand your passport to be scanned at check-in, make sure to ask for it back right away. I accidentally forgot, and only realized on the way to the airport that the staff had kept it for the whole stay. Thankfully it wasn’t lost, but it’s something for both guests and staff to be more careful about. Lastly, I noticed that some staff seemed to be sleeping on mattresses in the hotel lobby at night, which made me feel a bit uneasy — both for their comfort and the hotel’s professionalism

Positive: Namli Haus is a gem in the city of Gems. The team is brilliant, very courteous and responsive. The kitchen serves fresh, nourishing food. The location is superb - in the heart of the city. My 2 wagging tails love being there - the outdoor space always fills up our heart.. there is serenity and freshness in the space.
