Positive: Everything!!! Beautiful suites in wonderful beachfront location, owner Sevy is so friendly and helpful. Large terrace with top quality furniture and a 1 minute walk to the sea, sea views from suite are amazing. Several restaurants within a few minutes walk as were 2 supermarkets. Would definitely return to this property

Positive: Kitchen: well equipped. Shower: lots of pressure and hot water. Many electrical outlets. Comfortable sunbeds. Large doors (especially to the terrace area). Fairly new construction, lots of marble tile (inside/outside). Hi quality doors and latches. Parking very close to apartments front door. Garbage binds close.

Negative: Property very hard for taxi driver to find. We gave taxi drive the address and PHONE # provided by Booking.com. Address did not show up on taxi drivers mapping/GPS system. Taxi drive called a number of his taxi driver associates (they did not recognize this lodging or its location). Finally, taxi drive switched to Google Maps on his phone and was able to find lodging location. Note: Don't believe there was any signage on street or even on the building(s). Very disappointed in Room Assignment. Ocean View was fraction of view implied. Large "dirt" public parking lot immediately to the side of our room's terrace (seats/sun beds, etc). Plenty of cars/walkers using parking (right next to wind/sail boarding business). Room location not clearly represented in picture in Booking.com/website). Less than half of a FULL ocean view. When I saw room location assigned, I immediately thought, "well, it's only for 6 days". Terribly disappointed. Still am! Would not consider going back to that lodging. Bed hard, pillow (4) very good. Many plants used to decorate apartment (took up a lot of counter space, we moved to floor and out of the way). A/C was 24C when we checked in, 12+ hours of continuous running A/C temperature down to 23C. Lowest it ever got was 22C in early mornings (A/C system is sometimes called a Swamp Cooler - used in homes in the desert southwest USA (Arizona, etc.). Access to the beach is not easy. Pretty good drop from deck to sand/water. I didn't attempt. However, there was some kind of access to beach/water as numerous sunbeds lined up. Single line, no doubles or triples.. There are 2 Supermarkets either side of this property's location. Both, small. Better Supermarket is towards the mountain. I have extensive travel experience (my personal belief). At some point, several decades ago, I realized many people doing Reviews thought of their Review as penny candy.

Positive: Sevi met us at the studio and introduced us to our luxury sunshine studio. Wow! The space inside and out is impressive with huge patio doors that allow enough sunshine to think you are a sun god. The morning time opening your bedroom door to the most amazing view straight out to the sea brought a smile to our faces every day. The patio area is huge with the most comfortable sun loungers and when things get a little too hot just a few meters away is the beautiful Aegean Sea which is so fresh. In the morning you can wake up and stand on your patio and watch the sunrise from about 06:45am which is well worth it. During the day you can gaze up and down the beach watching multiple windsurfers and people enjoying themselves in the sea. There was always a breeze for us so you can sit on the patio all day reading a book and smile to yourself as people walk past and look up to your studio in jealousy. The location of the studio is really good. You can easily walk everywhere to the many supermarkets, beaches and local towns. When it comes to eating out there is plenty of choice and the people are very friendly. We did eat in a few times as there is a full working kitchen which after a long day in in the sun wasn't a bad thing for us. Finishing the evening off we found it very easy to sleep in our quiet room with a comfortable bed. Sevi could not be more helpful and we thank you for making our stay memorable. For everyone else the pictures attached are of the view and sunrise so imagine how it would have looked during the day :) Enjoy

Positive: Property was clean, modern and hosted beautifully . Sevy the owner simply Couldnt do enough to help ua day or night. Well equipped ans mid stay clean and fresh towels. Wiuld highly recommend as amplace to stay in kefalos near to all amenities .

Positive: The suites are finished to a very high standard to ensure your stay is comfortable. The outside space takes your breath away, amazing views, a few steps from the beach, comfy sun-beds, what more can you ask? Full size oven and large fridge freezer which is great. If you don’t want to cook there are lovely tavernas close by. We had the most amazing stay and will definitely be back next year thank you Sevy for your friendly hospitality.

Positive: We prefer private apartments than hotels for our overseas experiences: more genuine and more in touch with local culture. This apartment was perfect: very spacious, stylish and well equiped. We had one of the four (all ground floor) apartments in the complex. It has a large private terrace with sun lounges and other lounge and chairs and large umbrella so you don’t have to buy that stuff from the beach ‘concessions’. The apartment is right on the beach so walk straight onto the sand, just a few smooth pebbles at the shoreline then a few steps and you are in swimming depth. Tavernas are many the first within 2 min walk and many more within 5 min walk. The area is quiet and scenic, we loved Kefalos for that, not the crowds and noisiness of the big town. You can reach another six or more beautiful beaches for variety within 10 min drive. The hostess Sevy was fantastic, bubbly, friendly and easy to reach with any communication. She is fluent in English for those who might want that.

Positive: The Suite we had was finished to a very high standard and very spacious. Kitchen facilities were excellent with everything needed to self cater, although with numerous restaurants within walking distance we ate out in the evenings. Large outside terrace furnished to a high standard with beautiful views across the bay; and just five steps to the beach! Many Tavernas and supermarkets are withing walking distance, together with a few car/ quad/ bike rental shops; apart from these the area is uncommercialised which is exactly what we wanted (no loud Brit/ Irish bars). The host "Sevy" was really welcoming and clearly wanted to ensure we enjoyed our stay, checking that everything was to our liking. We will certainly return.

Positive: Location of the property was awesome. It is genuinely 10 paces from the patio area to the beach. We have never been so close to the beach before. It was absolutely perfect. The property is stylish, modern and has been furnished and styled to a very high standard. The owner has provided everything you could want for your holiday including beach towels. Quality of outside seating and sun loungers was excellent - they were very comfortable. There is an outside hot/cold outside shower which was a superb addition to quickly grab a shower after a dip in the stunning clear water. The view of the beach every morning is something we will greatly miss. The property owner who lives next door is delightful and she could not have been more helpful throughout our wonderful stay. We can definitely recommend this property and have already told our friends about it. We will certainly return again in the future.
