Positive: The resort was excellent. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, always willing to go the extra mile and accommodate requests outside standard arrangements, such as providing an earlier or later breakfast to fit scheduled activities. The swimming pool was pleasantly cool and perfect for refreshing yourself. In addition, the sea and the beach were clean and enjoyable, making them a great place to relax and unwind. Also good wifi so perfect when you need to get some work done.

Positive: I loved how dependable and helpful the staff were during my solo trip, they really made sure I had a great experience and went out of their way to accommodate my requests.

Negative: I would have preferred if the rooms had a phone for emergencies and if the property provided some form of fly repellent.

Positive: - excellent, helpful ommunication prior to arrival - very friendly, professional staff - good range of breakfast; delicious meals - direct beach access, enough deck chairs for number of guests

Negative: - categorization of room type (Deluxe vs. Standard) for us not logical: We had booked Deluxe and changed to Standard due to additional veranda and - for us- nicer sea view - minor problems were solved in an efficient and friendly way (e.g. damaged tyre of a scooter)

Positive: Simply an oasis of tranquility and calm on the beach. Set amongst Balinese countryside and farmland the resort is private and self contained. The owners have paid attention to every aspect of the resort, from the garden and pool area to the excellent food on a varied menu. The service and staff are first class with a special mention for Sarnie who made our stay perfect in every way. You can view both sunrise and sunset from the beach and you are surrounded by nature, fall asleep to the sound of the waves and wake up to birdsong.
