Positive: The room was very nice, with very comfy beds. Bedding was of good quality, but pillows were not good for me. Nice to have a kettle and coffeemachine in the room.

Negative: We didn't have breakfast in the hotel because we thought it was a bit pricy (30 euros/person). Also the parking was crazy expensive. (17 euros/night), so we did not use that. Shower was not very powerful...

Positive: Very clean, room very modern. Comfortable bed and tea and coffee making facilities in room. Good for an overnight stay before a flight.

Negative: Expensive breakfast. Only real issue is location. Also no walk way to bus stop to get into city centre, you have to walk on the road. Very far from anything, nowhere close by to eat. Limited selection at hotel restaurant.

Positive: The hotel is lovely and the staff were professional and friendly. Gorgeous clean room, most comfortable bed/pillows since leaving home. And food in Horizons was the best we’d had in all of Belgium! The burger .. 😋😋😋😋

Negative: Because we travelled by transit, it was a bit of a hike to the bus and then train in order to get downtown Brussels. However, the booking includes a shuttle to the airport which was just a 30 minute drive.

Summary: Wonderful hotel offering comfy beds, great service, shuttle (limited times) and delicious food.

Positive: This hotel is surprisingly modern, very clean, with good space available per room. There's an airport shuttle that stops at this hotel as well - no charge!

Negative: While the proximity to the airport is great, the hotel is a bit isolated. You won't be able to find food, coffee, etc. within walking distance and have to rely on the restaurant and room service. When we ordered room service, we were told about 30 minutes. After an hour of waiting we called back, and 20 minutes after that it finally arrived. However - only half of the order arrived. No one told us the other item we ordered was not available.

Summary: Great hotel, surprisingly modern, in a great location for a very fair price!
