Negative: Carrying luggage to the second floor with narrow stairs is inconvenient. With two kids, the sleeping arrangement is not very comfortable, and there is no outside view.

Positive: Super clean, nicely decorated and thoughtful touches throughout. Very comfortable bed. Quality furnishings and a nice bathroom. Modern and stylish. Great host. Parking around the corner was not an issue. I always found a spot.

Negative: This unit does not have normal windows you can see out of as it is an attic so you can only see the sky. For me this was a little claustrophobic. Walls are sloped so you have to move the dining table to be able to sit at it. The stairs are steep and narrow- a little hard to manage with a larger suitcase but not too bad. The little kitchenette is great and had everything I needed except a toaster, which would be a nice addition.

Summary: Modern, stylish and ultra clean place - and clearly much effort has been made to make it genuinely nice and comfortable.
