Positive: Beautiful location in the heart of the Artist's Quarter.

Negative: Although the owner provided detailed directions, it was still difficult to find. However, the owner was available on the phone to help me find it when I got lost. If possible, it might be a good idea for the owner to consider putting in more visible signs to identify and/or guide guests to the location. Parking is down the hill and you have to climb a lot of steps to get to the place, which I considered well worth the effort, considering the prime location, but this would not be an ideal place for elderly or disabled guests who have trouble with steps.

Summary: Excellent facility in a beautiful location.
