Positive: There is a very convenient Sherpa (small supermarket) and bakery around the corner. The car could be parked in the Golf parking (mandatory in Tignes) which is 50 meters from the property. As to many places in Tignes you can ski to very close to the property

Negative: The walking ways in Tignes are not cleaned with salt so there is patches of ice everywhere.
