3 Bedroom Cabin in Hillsgrove

Our cabin has been newly renovated by me and my father. It is located right on the loyalsock creek in hillsgrove pa. We have 2.5 acres of land for you to use however you please from swimming and fishing in the creek below to hunting the thousands of acres of state game lands. There are also tons of things to do in the surrounding areas. Such as hiking in worlds end state park(10 miles), beckys ice cream and mini golf (1 mile), hillsgrove hotel, high knob inn, forksville general store . Enjoy!
We would like to stress to everyone that we have a high solution of salt in are well water which makes it undrinkable. Showering and outdoor use is acceptable. We provide a water cooler for drinking purposes.

Summary: We loved it at Myers Retreat. The house was wonderful and fully stocked with everything needed. The property is beautiful, I miss hearing the sound of the creek everyday already. We would go again for sure!

Summary: Had a very good time staying here. Property and house were immaculate. Outback is where you wanna be (deck patio chairs down fire pit). Enjoyed the back yard with the dog. We will definitely be back in warmer weather to jump in and relax in the creek( directly behind the house).

Summary: Property is clean. There is a real nice fishing hole at creek. A bobber and a work could probably work real well on trout. Nice yard nice deck and priced properly.

Summary: loved the view. Enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the creek. Traffic noise was minimal. Loved the updates to the home. Plenty of seating. Steps to upstairs are steep. Great that there is a full bath on each level. Nice to have outside seating and tables in multiple locations. blankets by the couch are a homey touch. Would like screens in the sliding doors and nicer curtains/shades. Plenty of cloth towels and paper products. Clean. Glad that there was a cooler for drinking and cooking. It also provides hot water. The tap water does have a rotten egg smell to it and it seems to create rust spots on the silverware. We had a great time even with the rain.

Summary: We had such a great time. We would love to come back every year!!! I wish we would have found the bridge earlier. You can use the kayaks to float down to the bridge and jump off, rope swing! Water is so clear and just bliss. I didn’t want to leave!!!

Summary: I have rented for years from Vrbo and have never been dissatisfied… Zach’s place is seriously very beautiful! The home was very clean and the renovations were beautiful. We all had a great time fishing right off of the property and our adult dog loved the free space to run… there is the road right in front of the house but there was almost NO traffic so it didn’t bother us at all and the grass and woods and water behind the house was amazing and gorgeous!!huge deck in back looking straight to the water and picnic table by the water etc…. Zach has thought of everything and was beyond our expectations… definitely will be back!!

Summary: This was a great rental property! It's minutes from several local cafes and eateries. The creek is about 60 yards behind the house and was so peaceful and beautiful each morning. Saw a wild beaver and plenty of fish and birds. Great location for relaxing and good quality family time.
