Summary: This villa was excellent. Clean and we’ll equipped with an amazing pool and hot tub. Pool was heated to a very nice 29 degrees and hot tub to 40 degrees. We weren’t very lucky with the weather but still managed to use the pool lots. Kids loved it. Beds are comfy and aircon did a good job of keeping us warm during the cooler nights. English tv and movies were great when weather wasn’t so good. Walking distance to some lovely restaurants. Management team were excellent. A couple of minor issues were resolved incredibly quickly by a very helpful team. Would use this company again.

Summary: We had a great time. The facilities were excellent, everything was clean and functioning. It is a great location for families. the Villa is in a quiet location but only 5 minutes from many bars and restaurants. We would highly recommend it.

Summary: "We had an excellent time staying at our villa - it's just a shame our trip was so short! From making an enquiry through to the standard of the villa it was all great! The little touches like providing towels, tea/coffee and cleaning products made our stay great! Angie (host) was very helpful with providing information on the villa and surrounding area. The villa was very clean and well equipped. They really have thought of everything! Great location too! Walking distance to the 'Coral Bay strip' with restaurants and bars and easy access to the main bus for exploring! Definitely would stay here (or in one of their other villa's) again (and I'm really fussy!!)."

Summary: Absolutely AMAZING villa. This was our first time in Cyprus and we stayed at Villa Marina which is a 5 bed property with own pool, bbq, balconies and terrace. From start to finish the service was amazing from Cyprus Villa Retreats. We had constant communication, a welcome on our first day which was valuable and then we were left to enjoy our holiday and could contact them if necessary. The villas are so perfectly located for the supermarket, beaches, bars and restaurants. Everything is walkable and you are a few mins from a bus stop which takes you through to Paphos, coral bay/ beach, tomb of the kings etc. The villa is modern, spacious and was spotless. We couldn’t have been happier. Can’t wait to return ! Thanks

Summary: "Fantastic luxurious villa, a lovely homely place to stay , amazing! The villa was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We stayed as 2 families with 5 children aged 5, 8, 12, 14 and 16, the pool was large with plenty of sunloungers, perfect for everyone. Table tennis, pool table and a Wii kept everyone occupied relaxing after a day at one of the many beaches along the Cyprus coast. Although a car is not needed at this Villa I would recommend one so that you can visit the hidden gem Lara beach or go North to Latchi water sports centre to try a bit of wakeboarding and see the blue lagoon. We also managed a long hike in Troodos mountains and a day at Paphos water park both recommended. Blue beach near Limassol had great waves for boogey boarding and kite surfing with a great restaurant serving fresh fish. We will definitely return next year!

Summary: This villa was perfect for our group - enough space for everyone to relax in comfort but with a great layout so we could all spend time together. The views are gorgeous and the outdoor space was great for meals. We also loved having an evening drink in the hot tub watching the sun go down - heaven! The whole place felt light and airy and was very clean. Having our own pool was brilliant and the kids loved being so close to the beach when we fancied a change of scenery. I'd recommend Villa Marina to anyone looking for a touch of luxury in a fantastic location. There's lots to do, shops and beach nearby and a friendly service from everyone we spoke to at Cyprus Villa Retreats. Five star treatment all the way!

Summary: What a fantastic villa and fantastic location!! The holiday was a dream. Communication prior to going was spot on, very efficient, personal, organised and attentive. Airport transport was superb, Robert was a gem, spotless minibus! At arrival the Villa was immaculate. NB: Don't forget to take the keysafe number with you (like we did) or otherwise you can't get into the villa! (though help was close at hand.) There were 9 of us, all well accommodated within the villa and around the pool. It was obvious that no expense has been spared when kitting out the villa, from kitchen equipment to T.V. set up, to poolside loungers. As for location, temperature remained 35 degrees throughout our stay in July. Everything was in walking distance to loads of restaurants and bars. The supermarket give you free transport back with your shopping if spending over 40 euros. The Italian restaurant on the corner and the entertaining Japanese restaurants were especially good. Orina's cocktail bar was also a lovely place to spend an afternoon, with good food, next to a ship wreck (only 20euro taxi ride away) We couldn't fault this holiday...thanks to Frank, David, Robert and the team!
