Positive: Everything. From welcome by owner to comfort. Every thing in this flat was nice and new. If I have a trip to Madrid one more time, I want to use this apartment for sure. 10/10

Positive: Apartment was almost perfect, going from the water pressure to the host giving us some breakfast with coffee pods. He even helped us check in late at night which was nice. The apartment was very cute and was in a quiet neighbourhood. Loved how clean it was and the wifi.

Negative: It was very far from downtown and even if it is close to the airport it takes 50 minutes if you wanna take a bus but if you take a Uber or bolt it’s 15 euros. To go downtown by Uber it would be kind of pricey because taking a bus or transit involved four different transfers. So going back to the apartment in the middle of the day would be difficult if you wanted to drop off stuff or take a break.

Summary: Great apartment, super clean and great host. Location could have been better.

Positive: Alvaro met us at the garage entrance to open the door with the remote control. Then he took us up to the apartment and explained everything about the place. We loved the apartment. It was perfect for our stay in Madrid, close to the bus stop and with our own parking space. The bathroom and shower were very nice and the bed very comfortable. The TV and everything in the livingroom were great. And the kitchen was well stocked with coffee pods, etc.

Negative: nothing I can think of

Summary: Great place to stay in Madrid. Perfect for a visit to Teatro Real for opera.

Positive: Alvaro was a great host. Met me on arrival and explained everything. The cleanliness and comfort was exceptional and it's very close to a great shopping centre. The area is safe and there is a 24-hour guard on site.
