Villa Orange is a 280 m2 property enclosed in a plot of 15.500 m2, it is completely new, considering that it was built in 2014.
It is located in the quiet valley of Benimussa, it is very well furnished, spacious and it boasts several outdoor spaces and many terraces with a well-kept garden.

The villa develops on two floors, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 8 sleeps in total.

On the main floor we find a living room and dining room with satellite TV and access to an outdoor dining table for 8 people.
A fully equipped kitchen of 40 m2 very comfortable with dishwasher, electric oven, Nespresso coffee machine and all useful appliances. The kitchen has access to an outdoor terrace.
On this level there are also a laundry room with washer and dryer, a toilet and 1 bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower.

On the first floor we find 1 bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower in suite. This bedroom has access to the terrace.
2 bedrooms with twin beds (that can be joined) and 1 bathroom with shower.

Outside the villa features an 11mx5m swimming-pool (secured fenced for kids) with spacious furnished terrace and a very well-maintained garden with natural grass and 100% fenced.
Furthermore, there are an outdoor shower, hammocks, Barbecue and a private and safe parking for 5 cars (two parking spots covered).

Villa Orange is ideal for those people who want to spend a very quiet and relaxing holiday, since the valley of Benimussa is well preserved and it remains one of the best countryside corners on the island.
