Summary: The hotel seemed new, was very clean and the bed was so comfortable! I would stay again but feel they need to work out a few kinks. We booked a room with 1 queen bed because it was the only thing available. The description said the room slept 3 people. I assumed they would have a cot or rollaway bed available but they do not offer that. The employee said the third person could share the queen bed or sleep in the recliner. There wasn’t a recliner in the room. They shouldn’t advertise that the room sleeps 3 people. Thankfully we have family in town so our 9 year old was able to sleep at their house. Disappointing and frustrating. When we checked in, there was no one at the front desk and there was a sign saying to dial ‘0’ from the phone in the lounge to reach someone. There was not a phone in the lounge. I waited around for a while before using my cell to call the front desk, after letting it ring for a few minutes, someone finally came out. That sign was left up for the 2 days we stayed there and there was never a phone placed in the lounge. They also don’t have a water filling station but they do sell bottled water.
