Summary: Very friendly staff!! Check in was awesome!! The facilities need a little care. Good value. The room was clean but not outstanding. Good overall in value!!

Summary: this is a 2 star economy extended stay hotel. Cons; the hallway carpets are really dirty. some common areas can smell like pets. They had my reservation wrong, I was listed as having a hearing impaired room which was incorrect. Not a big deal but it kept me from getting a top floor room as I requested at the time I booked the room weeks before. When I arrived my room had a strong smell of cleaner. The window opened all the way so with that and the AC fan on the smell dissipated quickly. The tile part of the room flooring was slick. There were frequently guests out front smoking. Not a bad thing but it may bother some people. Pros; it's close to the stadiums if you are in KC for a Chiefs or Royals game. It was the cheapest thing around. Clean bathrooms. Clean bedding. Friendly staff. Close to a Starbucks :^).

Summary: We have stayed at several hotels in this chain, but we were disappointed with this one. When I turned on the shower, dirt and hair floated up. There was a pile of crumbs on the floor outside of the door to our room. We like these hotels because of the kitchen. When we checked in, we asked where the nearest grocery store was. We weren't warned that the hotel had removed all dishes, flatware, and cookware from the rooms. We bought breakfast items, but when we looked in the cabinets, the cupboards were bare. I checked with the front desk, and they told me that the implements had been removed because people kept stealing them. They did provide plastic spoons so we could eat our yogurt. They told me i could BUY a My Place Hotel coffee cup. It just wasn't a comfortable experience.

Summary: The shampoo and other dispensers were almost empty. A lot of random people smoking weed in the pet area and parking lot. No one picked up their dog poop.

Summary: Nice place! We needed to stay in town for a few nights and this place was nice. Convenient location and probably the cleanest bathroom I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The whole place was spotless. Beds were comfy and for the most part it was quiet except for the person above us walked in boots or something all night. Maybe they were practicing clogging? Anyway, we managed to get some good rest.
