Negative: They do not serve breakfast. When we booked it it said free breakfast and showed pictures of a really good breakfast. But that is not true. They do not serve breakfast. They do that to deceive you,then once you have it booked, you can’t cancel.

Positive: The young lady at the front desk was kind, friendly and pleasant. She took the time to explain all that we needed to know. I forgot her name . The room was clean and I loved the little shop with snacks and common forgotten necessities.

Negative: I sort of wish that there was a way hotel could go turn on your icemaker once they assign a room #, that way you have ice ready when you check in. I didn't care for waiting for ice. I was definitely not the end of the world but with no other option I would have grabbed a bag from the gas station.

Summary: Great, clean and affordable hotel! loved the full size fridge with ice maker in you room!

Positive: This is a very clean, comfortable, quiet and safe hotel. I appreciated the full size refrigerator and the large microwave. Also appreciated that the window opens - something many newer hotels have eliminated. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

Positive: Customer service was the best we had on a ten day trip with five diff hotels.

Negative: Probably not a fan of Dickinson as restaurant staff and gas station staff and grocery store staff were NOT hospitable.
